Service Description

The filter drier is generally located on the liquid line after the condenser on the way into the home. The filter drier must be replaced anytime the system is opened. Whenever the system lines are opened for any kind of pipe work, the system must be evacuated, repair completed, new filter drier welded in and the system must then be purged with nitrogen and vacuumed down below a level of 150 "microns" to ensure it is free of contaminants. This service is the cost of this entire process, we group it together in one flat rate service rather than charging separate for each because these service are always completed together in this procedure. They require multiple pressurized tanks, the use of multiple systems and equipment specific to the service, which require maintenance and materials to be replaced.

To cancle or reschedule please contact us immediately and give at least 24 hours notice. If you have already confirmed your appointment and cancle last minute you will be charged a fee of $50.00 or 15% of the total invoice whichever is greater. Please keep in communication if you cannot keep your booking.
