Electrical Services
HVAC and Electrical sometime go hand in hand, especially with new system installations and whenever we have to pull permits.

Luckily we have a licensed Electrician available and on staff for this reason, making it something we can handle for you, one less person you need to hire for a project, and we offer many electrical services as well to accommodate our clients.

Some common electrical services, are upgrading the home service from 100- 200 amps, replacing outlets and light switches or modifications to existing work. We can do lights bathroom combination ventilation fans and much more

Most commonly our electrician is needed for New system installations, adding a dedicated circuit breaker in the panel or re-wiring and existing one, as well as the requirement for a quick disconnect within so many feet of the outdoor unit. Higher Standard Service does everything by code, with licensed qualified technicians, we take care of everything pulling permits as needed always communicating everything with the customer, and always trying to make the customers part in this as simple as possible.
HVAC, Heating and Cooling
We Install, service, repair and maintenance all Heating and Cooling systems, from Gas Forced-Air Furnaces, and Coils to Air Handlers, Heat pumps, and even Boilers.
We do specialize in forced- air and air quality systems but we have the qualifications and experience to service almost every type of Heating, Cooling or Air System.

We generally use American-Standard equipment for HVAC Ducted systems, as we feel strongly about their product especially with the new collaboration between Amercican Standard Mitsubishi US and TRANE HVAC, we strongly believe this is the best product on the market, and at an incredibly competitive price for such a reputable brand.
We do have other options and affiliations, we are happy to accommodate a certain manufacturer if that is what you want or are set on, but with the ARRAY of products our manufacturer offers everyone can be accommodated with METUS
Ductless, and New System Design
Higher Standard Service recommends Mitsubishi for almost all of our Ductless System Installations. We are experienced and qualified in all brands but specialize in Mitsubishi's product and technology. We also service, repair and maintenance all Ductless Systems.

There are many different options with Ductless Systems one main benefit compared to HVAC systems is that all Ductless Mitsubishi Head units have built in humidifier and dehumidifiers, Its a more efficient cleaner air quality for less money overall.
Also with the option of recessed ceiling units, wall-mounted, floor-mounted and even VRF hidden register units that look just like traditional HVAC work, Mitsubishi has a product that will fit anyone's needs.
Mitsubishi has been a leading brand in Ductless for well over a decade now, their technology is all about efficiency AND performance. Also most Mitsubishi Ductless systems have built in de-humidifiers, special allergen filters, and carbon charcoal, bacteria mold air cleaners built into the head unit. Also eliminating those dust filled dirty ducts and vents only makes it easier to provide you a better quality air, the difference is litterally "breath-taking"
Air Quality, Humidity & Integrated Controls
With the innovative technology of METUS, the industry has essentially automated air quality, humidity and integrated home control systems, An integrated home control or "Smart" thermostat can qualify you for up to a $1600 State Rebate with other system specifics considered.
Integrated Controls
Integrated controls are most beneficial for consumers using a Heat Pump to displace another heating system partially or entirely. connecting the two systems together on an integrated control thermostat, will automatically switch between the two different heating systems as needed to achieve the best efficiency vs. capability ratio possible.
Humidity Controls
Humidity control systems are very popular right now, they are small efficient accessories that install easily and quickly, right into your existing heating and or cooling system and use multiple sensors to process data and calculate the proper humidity levels needed in your furnace, or air handler to achieve the optimum relative room humidity in the home.
